As our community grows, more and more people have asked for on-demand product training.
That is why we are excited to announce the launch of our new Ex Libris Academy, our 24/7, self-service platform for Ex Libris product certification programs!
The first program available is Alma Administration Certification, covering the Alma library management system. As we move forward we will continue to introduce new and exciting learning opportunities on the new platform.
The new platform includes:
- A simplified self-registration process
- A full self-service platform that enables you to learn at your own pace and to register for and complete product certifications on your own schedule
- Easily accessible transcripts and personalized learning history through an improved user interface
- Automated email confirmations and notifications to remind you of key dates and information for your registered certification programs
Registration is free for all Alma customers, and all of our online training content will continue to be openly available on the Customer Knowledge Center.
Stay tuned for Primo Administration Certification in early 2018!
