SupportWeb is a reference area dedicated to helping customers find information about Voyager, Voyager Analyzer, Curator, Meridian, Discovery: Finder, and Discovery: Resolver, and Journals on Site (JOS) quickly and easily.
 
SupportWeb provides supplemental assistance to customers in the form of technical information, product enhancements, troubleshooting, recommendations, and user group news.
 
 
 


Documentation Center

The Documentation Center contains a wealth of documents produced by Ex Libris, sorted by products and versions. The Download Center, located in the Documentation Center, provides access to various downloadable material such as service packs for software corrections.
