Mobile Solutions Sales Manager

CampusM has many dozens of active customers across Europe, US and APAC. The solution gained huge success in 2016 and 2017.  To increase the growth in 2018, we are looking for dedicated solution sales expert – ideally in the domain of mobile solutions to Higher Education with language skills.

Requirements:

Overview:
  • Develop and lead the campusM Opportunities across EMEA, in alignment with the sales Account Managers, from identification up until contracting.
  • Providing technical demonstrations of the product and building a vision of what mobile can do for students and key stakeholders in HEIs.
  • Capture and understand key requirements of prospects to build a sound business case to progress.
  • Respond to technical requirements for RFIs, RFPs and formal tender processes and deliver detailed and focused tender presentations.
  • Support the hand over form Sales to Professional Services ensuring all key information is shared for implementation and support.
  • Support Business Development activities in territory with a variety of mediums including webinars, marketing events and campaigns.
  • Takes a keen interest in existing customer activity to share with the market and have examples and references available as required.
  • Ensures that pipeline and account status is up to date in SalesForce.com.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for synergy with other products and services provided by Ex Libris.

  • Organized and methodical with excellent follow-up to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
Essential Qualifications
  • Dynamic, intelligent, articulate and creative personality
  • Ability and willingness to travel: up to 40%
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Degree level – business or technical education
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience of Higher Education and/or Student Services Technologies Sector
  • French or Italian Language – an advantage
