Position Description:

Ex Libris Global Support Business Unit is seeking a representative for the operation which is meant to provide initial support to Ex Libris customers worldwide. 


Responsibilities and Required professional experience include:

  • High level of English- required
  • Troubleshooters and problem solvers with high analytical and technical abilities – required
  • Proficient in operating computer applications - required
  • Experience supporting customers and excellent human relations
  • Programming experience and familiarity with databases- advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL, Unix, Html - advantage
  • Ability to work full time position

Relevant education:

  • B.Sc. in computer science / industrial management engineering / information studies / sciences- mandatory

Required Languages  

  • English at a very high level both written and spoken
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage
