in August 2007 as director of global customer support and was promoted to vice president of global customer support in November 2008. Ms. Kuper brings with her over 15 years experience in senior positions in the areas of support and professional service at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) and NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE).
Prior to joining Ex Libris, Ms. Kuper held the positions of manager of professional services and later director of implementation, customer support, and customer care at NICE.
Ms. Kuper holds a B.Sc., in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
